When the client enters into this AMC, our well qualified Service Engineers’ will carry out the Preventive Maintenance Services (PMS) based on the agreed terms of periodicity. Ideally it’s done every 3 months unless there is a change in the policy of the client to have it at different intervals. It may be once a month or once in 4 months etc. Based on the increased /decreased periodicity the value of the contract will increase/decrease.

About The Services

Preventive Periodic Services (PPS) will be like Non-comprehensive AMC. However under Comprehensive AMC even the Spare parts are covered but the consumables are on chargeable based on the prevailing prices. Most of the time these periodic preventive services are planned in advance and in coordination with our clients Apart from the preventive services, this contract covers the complaint calls too without any extra cost.

FIRE COMPLIANCE

As per Maharashtra Fire Prevention and Life Safety Measures Act, 2006, : The owner or occupier has to furnish to the Chief Fire Officer, a certificate issued by a Licensed Agency regarding compliance of the fire prevention and safety measures in the building, twice every year, in January and July. And we HFP as a licensed agency of Maharashtra fire services take care of all your fire compliance with AMC contact.
